Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. They do not affect your statutory rights. 

You must click on the button when prompted to accept these terms and conditions otherwise, you will not be able to order any products from our site.

Your legal status:

By placing an order with us through our website, you agree that:

-You are legally accepting and binding contracts with us

-You are at least 18 years old

-All information that you have provided us about yourself including your name, payment details, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number are genuine and correct

Order processing:

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (Order Confirmation) from us about the order. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, it means that we have accepted your order.

Your contract with us will be for the product you order. 

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to accept any order requested if:

1- We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered

2- We do not deliver to your area

3- The product ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the Website

4- The payment transaction not authorised

 If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail and will refund to you any amount transferred by you as soon as possible, usually within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. No compensation funds will be offered to you for any cancellation.

 Your statutory right to cancel

You may cancel your order placed with us via website no later than 7 working days from the date of ordering. In this case, you will receive full refund in accordance with our terms and conditions of our refund policy.

 If you cancel your after 7 days period has expired, a cancellation fee will be applied which is 30% of your total order amount. 

Returns policy:

1- If you change your mind or items you receive are not suitable, you have 14 days for full refund from the day you received your order but you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2- Full refund will only be issued if items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging and condition.

3- We reserve the right to cancel refund if items have incurred any damages or any event that may affect the value of the product. 

4- We do not cover your delivery costs for returns unless there has been a mistake within our services, the products are faulty or not as described. 

Returns policy on Customised products:

No refund is issued on special or customised orders. If however, if you change your mind after placing an order, you have a right to cancel your order within 7 working days of order confirmation. Any cancellations after this period will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. 

5- Once Products have been delivered to you and any statutory cooling off period has expired, no products will be accepted for return other than in our absolute discretion or where product is damaged or defective.

6- Every effort will be made to ensure that the Products that you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.

7- If the Products are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must contact us and notify without delay, within 48 hours of receiving your product. 

8- Once you contact us about defects, we will send out dedicated team member to inspect the product of concern. 

9- If upon inspection we agree that the item is damaged or defective and we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will arrange for collection of the item and we will then contact you to arrange delivery of a replacement item to you as soon as replacement stock is available and/or offer you a full refund (including delivery charges). 

10- If as a result of an inspection, we determine that we have no legal liability in respect of the matters complained of, then we reserve the right to levy our standard call out charge and to reject any claim in respect of alleged damaged or defective products.

11- We do not accept returns on mattresses and divan beds once the products have been removed from their original packaging or if the packaging has been opened for health and hygiene reasons. 

12- No refund is issued on special or customised orders. If however, if you change your mind after placing an order, you have a right to cancel your order within seven days of order confirmation. Any cancellations after this period will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. In rare circumstances, if we do accept your request to cancel the order, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied in accordance with full amount of your order. 

13- Regrettably self-assembly and flat pack furniture cannot be accepted for return once assembly is partly or fully completed unless the product is proved to be defective.

14- For your information, certain products with leather, wood or marble finishes may have slight variations in colour and patterns from display furniture or website images and full match cannot be guaranteed and we reserve our right to refuse any refunds. 

Availability and delivery

We aim to deliver your products within the time quoted on our Order Confirmation. If circumstances change we will contact you to reorganise delivery once the product becomes available. If however, delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss.

The delivery times quoted on the website are for delivery to postcodes which fall within our normal delivery areas of 30 miles radius from our warehouse. Extra charges may be applied for deliveries outside this range.

We regret that we cannot schedule deliveries for a specific time of day.

We do offer assembly and fitting of products and this service is available on special request at an additional charge.

Delivery charges are calculated as part of the checkout process, based on the distance from our warehouse.

Our website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.

We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.


Payment is accepted by credit or debit card or via Paypal. 

If you wish to pay by other methods (e.g. cash or cheque), then please contact us by phone on 01902 490837 or visit us in our store.

If you have chosen to pay by card, we will process the payment for your order by way of the credit or debit card details you have provided as part of the online checkout process. If you have chosen to pay via Paypal your payment will be processed accordingly, and you should receive notification from Paypal to confirm that your payment has been successful.

Our site is only intended for use by residents in England. We do not accept orders in areas not stated above.
